The Museum of York County, Anne Springs Close Greenway and the Rock Hill Outdoor Center at Riverwalk will host special outdoor activities to celebrate “Take a Child Outside Week,” Sept. 24-30.
The national program is designed to encourage children and adults to spend time together outdoors. The York County partner agencies have events planned to highlight their own outdoor attractions. All outdoor programs will go on rain or shine, and appropriate outdoor clothing is recommended.
